Harmonyk Beta planned for Q2 2026.

Harmonyk is pleased to announce the upcoming June 2026 beta release of the Harmonyk AI powered Document Operating System, a next-generation SaaS platform that transforms the way businesses create, manage, share and sign their documents. Built on the principles of Web3AI, The Harmonyk DocOS combines the automated speed and rapid creativity of artificial intelligence into a single, powerful and highly compatible document app that allows users to manage all their existing documents in a single place to create business tasks from documents and execute actions. It is specifically designed to reduce document overload for founders and micro-teams that dont benefit from conventional task and project managers such as Notion and Trello.

With the Harmonyk beta, users will initially:

• Instantly generate, share, review and sign legal and operational business documents using our AI-powered assistant and myriad of templates for every regional jurisdiction.

• Import existing documents from GMail, Google Drive, Outlook, Office, Box and Adobe to setup a workspace that can be analyzed by the AI assistant "Maestro" for setting of key business tasks and automating actions directly from your document history.

And with upcoming final v1.0 release scheduled for August 2026, users will be able to:

• Instantly generate any business document including pitch decks, marketing plans, product development plans, financial reports, tax returns and patent applications.
  

Long term Harmonyk plans to integrate Web3 guardrails by the end of 2026 which will allow enterprise-class document workflow automation and tracking platform.

• Securely store documents with VaultX, our decentralized encrypted file storage system.

• Verify authenticity and compliance through ScanX blockchain-backed fingerprinting.

• Collaborate, create and share in real time with Nexus, our evidence room layer for true Web3AI enabled document workflows with features for all the major applications.
  

For those interested in the UI / UX design layout, the alpha prototype of the Harmonyk DocOS is now live at alpha.harmonyk.ai. The plan is to finish all the back-end wiring and plumbing by July 2026 and launch the beta version for feedback from 500+ beta testers. After user-suggested redesign and final optimization, we plan to launch the v1.0 version in August 2026 to the founder and micro-startup communities.
