Announcement: Founding of Harmonyk LLC.

November 2025. Harmonyk LLC has been formally incorporated as a US based LLC by Jesse Mann and Dr. Adam Weigold. As a creation of 2 Australian veterans of the technology startup ecosystem, Harmonyk will focus on building an AI-powered document operating system for founders and micro-teams who are coping with app overload and document overload, and don't benefit from task management solutions for larger teams such as Notion and Trello. Co-founders Jesse and Adam have founded and managed 10 startups and numerous tech projects between them over 25 years .... and know all too well the debilitating symptoms of document overload for small teams.

Harmonyk will integrate with all the leading document management apps and allow founders to drive tasks and actions from AI analysis of their existing key documents. It will also include a document sharing / signing solution and internal AI builders for legal contracts, pitch decks, patent applications and financial statements. The Harmonyk DocOS will displace at least 4-5 existing document apps and eliminate the "copy/paste" instructions from existing document workflows. Harmonyk aims to eliminate document overload for small teams, improving speed to action and task efficiency while reducing unnecessary clutter and complexity for founders to manage their businesses.
